Our foam wing cores are produced using CNC cutting equipment, allowing us to accurately reproduce the required wing profile and shape from suitable plans or digital designs.

Foam Wing Veneering

For customers looking for a more finished and durable wing, we can also provide a foam wing veneering service.

Veneering involves applying a suitable sheet covering over the foam core to provide a stronger outer surface. This can give the wing additional strength and durability while providing a good surface for further finishing.

Veneering requirements vary depending on the model, wing size, foam type and intended use, so we'll discuss the requirements with you when preparing your quotation.

Working From Your Plans or Files

We can work from suitable existing RC aircraft plans, templates and digital files. If your plan is already available digitally, send it to us and we'll assess whether it contains the information required to produce the wing cores.

Suitable digital information may include dimensions, wing sections, profiles and other details required to accurately reproduce the wing.

If you're using a commercially produced plan or a design created by someone else, please make sure you have permission to reproduce the design and have it manufactured.

This is primarily a CNC cutting and veneering service. We are not offering a full aircraft design or CAD design service as part of this service.
